This organization participates from the birth of the product, ensuring a good starting point, executing a good design, adapting it to the manufacturing process conditions, hand in hand with our experts. This process is known in the industry as RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding).

RTM is characterized by having molds with two rigid faces that can be made of a fiberglass or carbon fiber base and resin in combination with other materials, commonly known as composites, or an aluminum alloy, depending on the requirements of each client. Therefore, we provide good advice from our team, offering the best solution to our clients by comparing other existing technologies in the market. The resin injection method is carried out through a depression using a vacuum pump and mechanical pressure, through structures that provide the rigidity of the whole system. Frequently, the type of material used to make the pieces is mainly fiberglass and/or carbon fiber with resin, or natural fibers with bio-based resins.

Our company aims to innovate RTM Spain by using composites in construction, as seen in one of our most representative facades, the Riviera Hotel in Benidorm. We are also involved in projects in the aeronautical, naval, and automotive industries, as well as the production of electric poles with both exterior and interior surfaces with a good aesthetic finish. One very representative sector in which we have extensive experience is the wind power industry.

Our main goal is to apply our innovative technology, which achieves high-quality finishes without subsequent machining and great resistance, to other areas where other fiberglass, carbon fiber, and natural fiber with resin systems cannot compete.
